John is a beast when it comes to learning and furthering his education so that he can serve his Fit Life Team Members the way they need to be served and to the best of his ability. When he is not at Fit Life he loves spending time with my family and practicing Martial Arts.
Has a love of sports and health for as long as he can remember. He played collegiate football and is a ISSA ( International Sports Sciences Association ) Certified Trainer. Keir works with people of all fitness levels and as a Certified Surgical Technician, he knows how to help you get the most from your health, nutrition and your workouts. Keir also heads up our Youth Fitness Program for teens and pre-teens to workout together to learn teamwork, and how to better themselves and their health. When Keir is not at Fit Life he enjoys spending time with friends and family and enjoying the beach and the outdoors. Keir knows how to get the most out of each person because not that long ago he was the "skinny, tall guy and now he is really growing hi muscles and taking care of his nutrition.
